Team Dance Sing & Perform

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all registrations, agreements, activities, services and/or work of Dance Sing & Perform.

2. Registrations

2.1 Before registering for a course, you must inform yourself about the type of course, day of the lesson, lesson times, number of lessons, start date and tuition fees.

2.2 By agreeing to these general terms and conditions and by filling in all the information on the registration form, you become a student, also referred to as a pupil, of Dance Sing & Perform for a certain period.

2.3 Your registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.

2.4 Registration can be done via the registration form on the website.

2.5 Dance Sing & Perform has the right to exclude you from participation in a course or other activities without giving reasons in the event of unacceptable behavior.

2.6 It may happen that the course you have chosen is already full at the time you register. Dance Sing & Perform will inform you of this as soon as possible, so that you can either make another choice or cancel your registration exclusively in these circumstances and at the discretion and confirmation of the management.

2.7 Dance Sing & Perform may cancel the course, change course days or times if there are valid reasons for this. For example, in the event of too few students or long-term illness. In the event of cancellation by Dance Sing & Perform before the start of the course, invoicing will be stopped. If cancellation by Dance Sing & Perform takes place during the course, any refund of the contribution will be made in proportion to the number of lessons not yet taken.

2.8 Minors may not register independently with Dance Sing & Perform without the permission of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s). Parent(s)/guardian(s) who enter into the agreement for minors are at all times responsible for all consequences associated with the registration and general terms and conditions.

2.9 Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, all courses are exclusively intended for the student's own use. Unless agreed in writing, a (former) student is not permitted to use or have used the knowledge acquired during and/or after the course in any way commercially and/or in a group or association context outside of Dance Sing & Perform. In the event of a violation of the above-mentioned prohibition, the (former) student shall forfeit to the management of Dance Sing & Perform, without prior notice of default being required, an immediately due fine per violation and for each day that the violation continues. This provision does not affect the authority of the management of Dance Sing & Perform to claim further damages.

3. Payment terms

3.1 The costs for each course, activity or product are known in advance.

3.2 The prices stated for the courses, activities and products are in euros.

3.3 The management periodically determines the amount of tuition fees for courses, activities or products and will index these seasonally when necessary. You cannot derive any rights from prices paid in the past.

Active members are, in connection with customer appreciation, excluded from price increases on current agreements until termination. This concerns the chosen lesson package upon registration, this does not include other activities and products.

3.4 You cannot derive any rights from any (discount) promotions from the past.

3.5 By registering, you agree to pay the full tuition fee for the chosen course or activity.

3.6 You always pay the tuition fee per month in arrears, which is invoiced by Dance Sing & Perform on the first of the month. The invoice must be paid within 14 days.

3.7 If you want to pay the tuition fee in one installment, you must make this known in advance. The total amount will then be invoiced to you on the first of the following month and must be paid within 14 days.

3.8 You undertake to ensure that payment is made on time. If payment is not made, the management may decide to deny access to Dance Sing & Perform for a certain period. If Dance Sing & Perform passes on an unpaid claim, all legal costs will be borne by the defaulting party.

3.9 If Dance Sing & Perform has to incur costs for carrying out additional administrative actions due to your actions, these costs will be passed on.

3.10 Participation in activities, competitions or tickets for visitors during the shows and additional goods and services must be paid for separately.

4. Unsubscribe

4.1 If you are unable to attend classes due to (unforeseen) circumstances, you are obliged to report this to the management in writing as soon as possible.

4.2 In case of cancellation - for whatever reason - you are obliged to pay the full tuition fee for the course for which you have registered. If you pay the tuition fee in monthly installments, you must pay all installments. If you cancel (well) before the start of or during the course, the payment obligation does not expire.

4.3 Under no circumstances will tuition fees be refunded or billing terminated in the meantime without demonstrable reasons as described in point 4.1. This also applies in the event of relocation, separation of partners, private or work circumstances. In the event of illness or absence of a teacher, a replacement will be provided. If this is not possible, the lesson will be rescheduled. You will be informed of this by email or telephone.

5. Termination of registration

5.1 You must notify us of your cancellation in writing by email. The cancellation period is 1 month, per the first of the month. Taking into account the duration of the chosen agreement, which can be terminated after the full duration.

5.2 You can then choose again to register for a course.

5.3 The management reserves the right to terminate your registration with immediate effect in the following cases:
