Dance Sing & Perform processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:

• Data of persons under the age of 16

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years old. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

Dance Sing & Perform processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Maintaining our membership administration
• Processing your payment

How long we store personal data

Dance Sing & Perform does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

• Personal details, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and other actively provided personal data will be retained for up to 7 years after the end of the financial year in which our agreement was terminated.
• The bank account number, IP address, internet browser and device type are stored for up to 1 month after termination of our agreement.
• Data about your activities on our website are stored anonymously for a maximum of 25 months.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Dance Sing & Perform shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Dance Sing & Perform remains responsible for these processes. In addition, Dance Sing & Perform does not provide your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your express permission.

• WeFact BV is the supplier for our membership administration software. In WeFact, all aforementioned personal data are processed. WeFact BV only supports the software and has no access to our membership administration.
• Mijndomein Hosting BV is our hosting service provider for our website and email. All data you provide by using our website or communicating by email is processed by the servers of Mijndomein Hosting BV
• ABN AMRO NV is our house banker and processes the payments. For this purpose, your bank account number is processed by ABN AMRO NV.

Automated decision-making

Dance Sing & Perform does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. So no decisions are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being, for example an employee of Dance Sing & Perform, in between.

Dance Sing & Perform only uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. How we protect personal data

Dance Sing & Perform takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. With us, you get what you pay for! Our lesson packages are based on the number of lessons you receive, in which the regular holidays are deducted. You choose the number of lessons you want to participate in for a monthly fixed price. The more lessons you take, the cheaper the rates are.
